Consent to Personal Data Processing
1. C) NORBIT LLC (Identification Number (INN) 7 702 314 674; Primary State Registration Number (OGRN) 1 027 700 305 490): a contractor that configures the Website and assists in performing work.
D) UNISENDER SMART LLC (Identification Number (INN) 9 731 091 240; Primary State Registration Number (OGRN) 1 227 700 213 180): distribution of informational and advertising mailings;
6. This consent to personal data processing remains valid until the Company receives the User’s withdrawal of consent to personal data processing, unless a different processing period is required under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
7. The Contractor undertakes to take all necessary measures to protect your personal data as required by applicable personal data protection laws and to maintain the confidentiality of such data.
8. This consent to personal data processing may be withdrawn by sending a request to info@nordwire.uz specifying your last name, first name, patronymic, preferred contact details (email address, telephone number), date, and signature (including an electronic signature). The Company will notify you of the outcome of its review of the withdrawal within 30 (thirty) days.
9. If you disagree with any provision of this Consent, refrain from taking actions on the Website that require the use of your personal data.
10. If you do not agree to provide personal data, the consequence of refusing to provide personal data is that the purpose of this Consent cannot be achieved.
